New details emerge about young woman brutally murdered at resort

The terrible murder that occurred on the tourist island of Greece, Kos (Kos), left its mark on the country’s agenda, in addition to increasing tension on the Poland-Greece line.

Anastazja Rubinska, 27, who was reported missing to the police last week and has been missing for days, was found in a desperate state as a result of intensive search and rescue efforts in the area. Bruises and scars were found on the neck of the Polish national, whose body was half-naked and hidden among bushes and garbage bags, and authorities claimed suffocation as the cause of death.

It turned out that the young woman was last seen in a restaurant.

A Bangladeshi man, who lived on the island and lived in a house 1 kilometer from the body, was detained while the investigation continued. Although the Bangladeshi man named Salahuddin S. did not confess to his crime, what he said in the interrogation was also revealed.

“WE WENT HOME TO GIVE POPPY”

In the Greek media news, Salahuddin S. claimed that he had sexual intercourse with the young woman, but this was not against her will. The statements of Salahuddin S., who spoke during the interrogation, were also revealed by Kathimerini, one of the most widely read newspapers in the country.

On the Kathimerini news, Salahuddin S. told police: “We came to my house that day to give him hashish. We had sex here as your consent. Then he said that his partner would pick him up and he went there ”. Investigating the words of Salahuddin S., the police stated that the young woman had never been seen in that area during that time. Greek media claimed that Salahuddin S. and Rubinska entered the house together in the camera footage captured by the police, while the young woman never left the house in the footage.

THE BODY OF LIFE IS IN VERY BAD CONDITION

Ta Nea, one of the most widely read newspapers in Greece, reported that the lifeless body of the young woman was very battered and in poor condition.

Although the autopsy report listed the young woman’s cause of death as drowning, it could not be determined whether this was done with bare hands or with an object such as a noose or noose.

While it was indicated that the results of laboratory tests and fingerprint samples were awaited, the experts announced that they had deepened their investigations.

His lifeless body was found the day before.

WAS THE BODY MOVED?

On the other hand, after this brutal murder that took place in Kos, new questions arose in the investigation… Kos Municipality’s Deputy Director of Civil Protection Stamatis Kambourakis said that together with his teams they examined the place where Kos was found the young woman twice and that they could not find the body at that time.

It emerged that the Bangladeshi man, suspected of killing a Polish national who worked at a hotel on the island, later went to a market and took money and tried to buy a plane ticket.

Kambourakis, who was covered by the Greek media, said: “We searched the place twice and we could not find the body of the young woman there. That is why we suspect that someone or something brought it there on Saturday night. This is very strange. Trained dogs also take part in the searches. If they could find a scent in there, they could detect it. “They probably loaded it up at night to avoid the crowds,” he said.

FAMILY: WE KNOW NO ONE FROM BANGLADESH

The family of the young woman who received the sad news also went to Kos the day before and made statements. Speaking to Proto Thema, the girl’s family said: “Neither I nor anyone in the family know that Anastazja has a friend from Bangladesh. She never told us, we don’t know him.”

Police said that in addition to the detainee from Bangladesh, a Pakistani man was among the suspects.

THE ATTACKER TRIED TO ESCAPE THE COUNTRY

The Greek media also shared the latest images of the woman and the suspect with the public. In the footage taken on June 14, two days after the girl went missing, a 32-year-old Bangladeshi cyclist enters a market in the Marmai district. He says that he wants to transfer money from here.

It was learned that the man who received the money sent to him talked to the owner of the market to buy a plane ticket abroad, while the owner of the market said that he had no such authority. It emerged that the money was also likely to have come from Kuwait.

WHAT HAPPENED?

The woman’s boyfriend, a Polish citizen, contacted the Greek police and announced that the young woman was missing. The lifeless body of the young woman was found among bushes and branches.

The young man, who said he met his girlfriend on Monday night and that her lover was a bit drunk, said: “His position was thrown at me. But he was not in his position. When I called later, he didn’t pick up his phone,” he said. It was also reported that the young woman’s phone went off after a while.

The authorities, who began an intense search operation in the region, had turned the island upside down.
