The last photo of tourists who wanted to see the Titanic appeared: Critical hours are entered

Sightseeing tour to see the wreck of the Titanic, which is known as one of the most famous shipwrecks in the world and where hundreds of people died in 1913, ended in disaster.

The Titanic luxury liner, said to “never sink,” set sail from Southampton, England, bound for New York with 2,224 passengers and crew, but sank in North Atlantic waters after colliding with an iceberg on the 15th of April 1912.

In order to participate in the organized tour to see the remains of the Titanic, 250 thousand dollars per person must be sacrificed.

More than 1,500 people died in the accident, some of whom froze to death in icy waters. A disaster occurred during the organized tour to see the wreck of the ship, which inspired many films and literary works. The company OceanGate Expeditions announced that the vehicle, which descended into the submarine and was controlled by a special system, disappeared while descending towards the wreckage of the Titanic.

It emerged that British billionaire Hamish Harding, the CEO of the company called Action Aviation, was also in the vehicle called Titan. It turned out that Harding shared this painting on social media before the dive.

When search and rescue efforts began for the vehicle, which was reported missing at a depth of 12,500 feet in the Atlantic Ocean, authorities reported 96 hours of oxygen.

In his post before the dive, Harding said: “I am very happy to announce that I have joined this dive team. “Due to the adverse weather conditions in the region, this dive may be the first and last dive of 2023,” she said.

Based on these calculations, the oxygen in the vehicle will be sufficient for the crew and tourists in the vehicle until 12 noon on Thursday. Experts announced that they were concerned that the vehicle was at a depth that would not allow “manned rescue” efforts to take place.

The identities of 3 people in the Titan reconnaissance vehicle have been revealed.

The tour, organized by OceanGate Expeditions, was reported to have included British billionaire Hamish Harding, as well as CEO Stockton Rush and French explorer PH Nargeolet. It was also learned that the rover sent the last information message from her to the MV Polar Prince ship at 04:00 this Sunday.

The company showed what the dives were like from its official Instagram account with this photograph. This photo shows a group of tourists who have seen the wreckage of the Titanic before.

While it is stated on the OceanGate website that no diving experience is required to participate in the 8-day program, it is stated that some physical competencies such as “small boat sailing on the open sea” are considered.

The vehicle named Titan does not have a self-propelled function. You can navigate through messages and instructions from the mother ship. Titan, which is not a full submarine and falls under the “submersible vehicle” category because it does not move autonomously, can travel via a support platform.

Billionaire businessman Harding, CEO of Action Aviation in Dubai, has previously traveled in space, visiting both poles and traveling the world. Harding entered the Guinness Book of Records three times, including being the man who spent the longest time at the bottom of the ocean.
