Police announced that the attack took place yesterday on the high bridge next to Neuschwanstein Castle and that the attacker was a 30-year-old United States (US) citizen.

Spiegel magazine also wrote that the two young women who were attacked were US citizens and that they met the attacker by chance.

The three Americans were said to have chatted for a while after they met and the attacker went to the bridge with two young women.

It was recorded that the assailant sexually and physically assaulted one of the two young women while she was on the bridge, and the other wanted to help her friend who was assaulted.

The police shared the information that the attacker threw the young women from the high bridge where they were during the brawl and that one of them died and the other was in good condition.

It was announced that the attacker was detained and the prosecutor’s office launched a full-scale investigation.
