Germany: We see Ukraine with us in NATO in the future
German Defense Minister Pistorius answered questions from reporters in Brussels, where he had gone to attend a meeting of NATO defense ministers.

Pistorius said he is open to extending the term of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, whose term will expire.
Pistorius stated that if the name of a new general secretary could not be agreed, the alliance could not be left without a general secretary, adding that he would therefore be in favor of an extension to his term, especially as he appreciated cooperation with Stoltenberg.
