Schlosspark-Klinik, located in the Charlottenburg district of Berlin, announced that intensive care unit nurses will receive a welcome bonus of 8,000 euros (approximately 201,000 lire) as soon as they start work. A welcome bonus will be given not only to nurses, but also to those who want to get a job as an OR or surgical assistant at Park-Klinik Weissensee. In addition, many hospitals will hand out bonuses between 1,500 and 2,000 euros to those who bring employees to the open workplaces.
CONDITIONS
The person working in these fields does not have to be a German citizen. If they know enough German, people will be able to come from Turkey on a “work visa”. For this, a positive response to the job application must be given and then a work visa must be applied with the invitation. Knowledge of German at B1 or B2 level must also be demonstrated.
Not only in the health sector, but also in the field of education, bonuses will be given to those who will start new jobs.
TEACHER, TECHNICIAN, FLIGHT STAFF
The State of Bavaria has announced that teachers coming from other places will receive a welcome bonus of up to 4,000 euros. Some municipal administrations promise bonuses to kindergarten educators, teachers and those who bring them.
Many airport administrations also promise bonuses to those who bring airport and flight staff. In addition, expert technical personnel will benefit from the same rights. If they receive a work invitation, they can come to the country with a German national visa or a blue card.
