Things got mixed up at a conference attended by OB/GYNs in Baltimore, USA.
In the video, which turned out to be taken last week, an angry man appeared onstage and began yelling as a doctor who learned to work at Stony Brooks University Medical Center was giving a speech onstage.
“I know what you did to my wife,” the man yelled, accusing the unnamed doctor of harassment. The angry man said, “This bastard harassed my wife 7 years ago. You know what you did… you abused my wife 7 years ago in New York. I waited 7 years for this. My wife has been suffering from this incident for 7 years… you are a hunter,” he said.
The doctor, who was slapped, did not complain about the angry man and his wife.
At the end of the event, which was watched by the curious crowd, the man who couldn’t get his anger out slapped the doctor. Meanwhile, the angry man’s wife and the woman who is the doctor’s patient are seen to be watching the fight in silence as well.
After the slap, the man and his wife left the room, while the doctor and the public watched in amazement as the development unfolded.
While Baltimore police confirmed the incident to local news outlets, the doctor’s identity was not released for security reasons. It was also indicated that the doctor did not file a criminal complaint against the attacker and his wife, while the American University of Obstetrics and Gynecology announced that an investigation was launched into the incident.
Stony Brook University Medical Center, where the doctor works, also officially announced that an investigation has been launched into the incident.
