Intensive air strike from Russia on kyiv

It was reported that the Russian army carried out an air strike on the Ukrainian capital kyiv, and the Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed more than 40 targets in the air.

In a statement made by the Kiev City Military Administration, it was claimed that the Russian army carried out an airstrike on the capital kyiv. The statement noted that Russian forces launched missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) toward Kiev in the early hours of the morning, and that 15 airstrikes were carried out on the capital city in May alone.

In the statement, it was stated that more than 40 targets struck at kyiv were detected by the Ukrainian air defense forces and destroyed in the air.

Kiev Mayor Vitaliy Klichko also announced on his social media account that some fragments of air-destroyed missiles hit civilian infrastructure in several districts and caused damage. (AA)
