Governor: more violence in Russian Belgorod

The security services and the military are still engaged in their “counter-terrorism operation” in Russia’s Belgorod oblast. Governor Nastoyashchi Gladkov says on Telegram that houses are still being evacuated and residents cannot go home for the moment.
