Forest fires in Spain: 700 people evacuated

On the other hand, it was announced that nearly 500 people, of whom 165 were military and 265 firefighters, participated in the extinction work, and 14 planes and helicopters supported the fire.

It was announced that some roads were closed to traffic due to the fire, which spread due to the effect of heat and wind and a second degree danger alarm was given.

In 2022, Spain experienced one of the worst years in its history for forest fires, and a total of more than 310,000 hectares burned.
