CANADIAN GRADING SYSTEM
The bill, which began to be discussed in parliament two weeks ago, brings a Canadian-style rating system.
According to this qualification system, having a profession or education in the desired field, knowing the language, having at least two years of experience in this field, being under 45 years of age and having relatives who can receive support in Germany will earn “a spot”.
Those who get six points can come right away. Others, on the other hand, may come with a decision to make depending on the commercial relationship and the demands of the person or companies that will bring it.
AVAILABLE WITH THREE DIFFERENT SYSTEMS
Priority will be given to qualified staff from the EU or Eastern Europe. If they fail to fill the gap as they have done so far, they will start buying from third world countries.
Immigrants will be accepted through the application of a three-stage internal system. These; The Skilled Workers pillar will be the Experienced Workers pillar and the Potential Workers pillar. In other words, the points system will not be the only determinant, these will also be seen.
The “Skilled Labor Migration System” to Germany will operate as follows;
COLLEGE GRADUATES: University graduates from non-EU countries will obtain the EU Blue Card, which includes work and residence permits. Their diploma equivalency will soon be recognized and they will be allowed to enter any other skilled job in the future.
COMPUTER EXPERTS: College graduates are not required. It will be enough that they have experience or have a profession in this field. By determining the salaries of those who will start work, the strict rules will be relaxed.
HEALTH, CONSTRUCTION, AVIATION AND OTHER SECTORS: Qualified personnel will be recruited in all fields, especially in healthcare and IT. This number will reach 7 million by the 2030s. Doctors, engineers, architects, pilots, health workers, when necessary, from the transportation sector, tourism professionals, waiters, construction blacksmiths, welders, water carriers, and plumbers; If you prove that you have staff trained in this field, you will be able to find a job and come to Germany with ease.
EU BLUE CARD FOR REFUGEES: If there are qualified personnel among the asylum seekers, they will also be given the EU-Blue Card and their asylum status will be changed to a normal residence-work permit. Thus, they will be able to work instead of being a burden on society.
FREE MOVEMENT WITHIN THE EU: Those who come as qualified personnel and work in Germany or another EU member country may also work in another EU member country. So they too will benefit from free movement within the EU.
EDUCATION IN GERMANY WILL BE ATTRACTIVE: In addition, the education of foreigners who will come to the country will become attractive. The admission of foreign students will be accelerated. Residence and work permits will be provided to student workers. It will regulate the right of residence and social law. Students will be given maximum work hours.
RESIDENCE PERMITS CAN BE FLEXIBLE: In the past, residence permits depended on not leaving work and working there for a long time. This system will change. There may be changes in residence permits for work or educational reasons. Those who find work will have no difficulty in bringing their family with them.
