The statement indicated that the operation called “Hurricane” began and that UB, 21, who carried out the incident, was surrounded, but did not want to surrender and continued to open fire. Security forces and first aid teams were reported to be in the area.
Interior Minister Bratislav Gasic described the incident as an “act of terrorism”.
