Nature activists and officials in the region, known as one of England’s natural beauties, announced that many birds have recently died from falling from the sky.
Scientists and experts from the Linjoy Wildlife Rescue Association announced that many dead birds have been found recently in the region. The seagulls were claimed to have died in the photos shared on social media.
Authorities announced that bird flu was spreading rapidly in the region.
While authorities claimed they were dealing with a possible bird flu, environmental activists said: “There are many reports and information that seagulls have fallen from the sky. “We’ve been following the region for a while,” he said.
“Unfortunately, we see that avian influenza has increased its impact in the region. “At least 38 dead birds have been found in the last 5 days,” he said. Officials said the birds had fallen in the area and the virus was spreading near the roosting area of other birds.
“Other mammals in the region also spread the virus by eating sick birds,” the statement said.
