Evacuation of Turkish citizens in Sudan begins

Approximately 1,000 Turkish citizens left for the country from two points in the capital Khartoum and from the city of Wad Madani in the southeast of the capital.

Turkish citizens will depart from Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, where they will arrive by land, to Istanbul by air.

Making a statement to the AA correspondent, Mehmet Uğraç said that he left Sudan, where he lived and married for 17 years, for the first time due to conflicts.
