China’s Scary Move: They Developed Electromagnetic Weapons

The Chinese government announced the development of a special weapon to thwart public protests. Chinese state television CCTV shared the development.

The electromagnetic weapon, called CS/LW21, can fire coin-like projectiles to neutralize activists. The weapon is owned by China North Industries Group Corp. It was recorded that the main objective was to reduce the death rate during the intervention in the demonstrations.

Although weapons that fire plastic bullets are used in similar demonstrations in the country, electromagnetic weapons can adjust the intensity and frequency of the pain caused by the bullet.

In China, where the popular movement is very rare, the people revolted in the last days of 2022. The people, who criticized the isolation and curfews against the Corona virus epidemic, took to the streets. These actions took place in a generally peaceful environment.
