Ukraine calls for integration of defense systems with NATO systems

According to the statement of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kuleba participated by videoconference in the “First Black Sea Security Conference of the International Crimean Platform” held in Bucharest, the capital of Romania.

Stating that the Black Sea plays an important role in the peaceful coexistence of the whole of Europe, Kuleba said: “The victory of Ukraine will be the victory of all of us.” saying.

Noting that the developments show that security in the Baltic Sea and the Black Sea is indivisible, Kuleba called for the integration of Ukraine’s and NATO allies’ air defense and anti-missile systems in the Black and Baltic Seas.

Kuleba, who called on all peaceful countries that respect international law to disarm the Black Sea so that it can be used again for trade and travel purposes, said it is necessary to insist on the path towards this goal.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitriy Peskov also stated that the Black Sea must remain a “sea of ​​cooperation” for the riparian states, saying: “The Black Sea will never be a NATO sea.” he had used the phrase. (AA)
