Mass demonstrations took place in France for the 11th time

According to news from the French press, while massive demonstrations were beginning for the eleventh time in Rennes and Nice, as well as in different cities of the country, against the controversial government reform, workers in sectors such as education, transport and energy went on strike. in all the country.

French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin said on Twitter that 11,500 police and gendarmes were deployed in demonstrations across the country.

French intelligence forecasts that between 600,000 and 800,000 protesters will take part in the demonstrations.
The demonstration in Paris is expected to start at 2:00 p.m. local time at the Place des Invalides.

High school students who opposed the reform in different cities of the country such as Vanves and Grenoble also closed the entrance to their schools.

On the other hand, the energy arm of the General Business Union (CGT) announced that it cut off electricity to the Rhône Governorate to activate the government.

In a written statement from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Rhône Governorate, it was confirmed that electricity was cut off in the morning in the neighborhood where the governorate is located. In a statement, the Government condemned this action taken by CGT Energie and announced that it will file a complaint within the day.
