Russia’s Turkey-Syria statement: date given

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov announced that a meeting between the four countries could take place soon. In a statement quoted by Russia’s RIA news agency, Bogdanov said: “The four countries can meet in Moscow in early April for a consultation.”
