7,000 million euros of commitment to help the area affected by the earthquake
Speaking at the closing of the conference, Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson stated that approximately 7 billion euros of aid was pledged at the International Donor Conference for earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria.
Expressing that those affected by the earthquakes are not alone and that their support will continue, Kristersson stressed the importance of broad participation in aid.

Ursula von der Leyen, President of the EU Commission, said: “I am very happy to see the strong support from the international community for the reconstruction efforts in Turkey and Syria today. Together we exceed expectations.” saying.

6 BILLION TO BE MADE TO TURKEY
€6.05 billion of the €7 billion in aid pledged at the International Donor Conference organized by the Commission of the European Union (EU) and the Swedish EU Presidency for those affected by the Kahramanmaraş earthquakes in Turkey and Syria, 6.050 million euros were made for Turkey and 950 million euros for the Syrians.
50 MILLION US DOLLARS
On the other hand, the US announced that it will provide an additional $50 million in aid to those affected by the earthquake centered in Kahramanmaraş that occurred on February 6. (AA)
