Free train ticket for over 18s from the EU

Free train tickets for 18 year olds from the EU to many countries including Turkey

Under the “DiscoverEU” project within the scope of the EU’s “Erasmus+” programme, 18-year-olds will have the chance to win free tickets valid for up to 30 days by applying online.

Free train tickets will be provided to young people who are citizens or legal residents of EU member states and Erasmus+ countries Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia and Turkey.

To do this, those born between July 1, 2004 and June 30, 2005 must answer the questions in the questionnaire on the page “https://youth.europa.eu/discovereu_en” before March 29, 2023.

The selected young people will be able to use their tickets in European countries for a maximum of 30 days between June 15, 2023 and September 30, 2024.

Under the project carried out by the EU since 2018, about 200 thousand young people have received free train tickets so far. (AA)
