Scandalous incident in prison: The guards had sexual relations with the prisoners

It was shocking to find out that female guards and inmates had sex in a prison in Wrexham, North Wales.

In one of the largest prisons in the UK, called HMP Berwyn, it was announced that some of the guards were having sex with inmates. As a result of the investigation and examination, 3 guards appeared before the judge, while the authorities announced that 18 female guards were dismissed.

It was also revealed that one of the guards smuggled a mobile phone inside and gave it to his “lover”, while it was also revealed that they shared inappropriate nude photos of the inmates with the guard.

It was claimed that while the guard named Jennifer Gavan was sentenced to 8 months in prison, other guards Emily Watson and Ayshea Gunn were also included in the investigation. While the officials stated that the recruiting process for the guards is also problematic, “most of these recruited people are hired without sufficient experience. Job interviews aren’t done enough,” she said.
