America’s nightmare lives on! State of Emergency declared
California Governor Gavin Newsom announced that he has designated the National Guard to be ready to support operations, while declaring a state of emergency to support the fight against the blizzard that is taking effect in much of the state.
According to “The Wheather Channel”, which reports on the weather conditions in the country, some residents and vacationers are stranded in California’s San Bernandino County, where more than 1.5 meters of snow fell.
According to the “PowerOutage.us” site, which tracks power outages across the US, more than 74,000 homes in the state are unable to access electricity due to winter conditions.
WILL CONTINUE FOR ANOTHER 8-10 DAYS
Forecasters said wintry conditions will continue for another 8 to 10 days in the northern regions of the country, and the snowstorm that has hit Arizona will also cover north Texas starting today. (AA)
