France ends its intervention project in Africa

Macron, who arrived in Libreville, the capital of Gabon, to attend the “ONE Forest Summit”, made remarks here.

Stating that he came to Gabon to build a balanced partnership in the fields of climate, biodiversity, economy and industry, Macron noted that he did not come to the country to “find a man.”

Emmanuel Macron announced his country’s new African policy ahead of his visit to Gabon, Angola, the Republic of the Congo and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Macron stated that France will reduce the number of military bases on the continent.
