AP President Roberta Metsola sent an email to some 8,000 AP employees asking them to remove the app from their work phones and tablets starting March 20. The EU Commission became the first EU institution to take a step in this direction by banning TikTok on February 23. Thus, TikTok was banned from all EU institutions.
