Elon Musk, who made one controversial move after another after buying Twitter for $44 billion in November, continues to slaughter workers.
News broke that Elon Musk laid off at least 200 employees, or about 10 percent of the company’s total workforce, over the weekend. Musk, one of the richest people in the world, announced the development on her social media account with the message “The first day of the rest of your life.”
The director, who shared photos showing him working hard in his office in the morning on Twitter, was also among those made redundant.
Among those fired by Musk was one notable person… After the buying process, Esther Crawford, the director of product management, who made a statement on Twitter that she wanted workaholic employees, was among those fired.
