He came to Istanbul and met Doniyor Radyabov via Telegram app, contacted him, stayed at Radyabov’s house, this person offered him to exchange crypto money with Artem Shvets, told him to kill Shvets if he couldn’t get the money during the exchange. but Shvets himself claimed that he asked the prosecutor’s office with Shvets to surrender as a result of his persuasion.

TEMPORARILY ARRESTED FOR 40 DAYS

The Prosecutor’s Office informed the Office for the Extradition and Transfer of Convicts of the Ministry of Justice, General Directorate of Foreign Relations and the European Union of the situation. As a result of the meeting with the Ministry, the Prosecutor’s Office requested his temporary detention under Law No. 6706 on International Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters.

The suspect Molchanov, who was transferred to the Criminal Court of Peace on Duty, was temporarily detained for 40 days within the framework of the law. In the court’s justification, it was noted that the suspect could be legally detained for temporary detention because the crime was committed in Russia and the person killed was not a Turkish citizen.

It was also stated in the decision that if the extradition documents are not sent within the 40 days established by law, the suspect’s arrest warrant should be lifted and the suspect, who was captured on February 23, will be temporarily detained for 40 days. days, indicating that his legal term will expire on April 5.
