Greece falls under the influence of cold weather conditions

In the statement made by the Greek Meteorological Department, it was indicated that snowfall is expected in the Attiki region, the island of Eğriboz and central Greece today and tomorrow. In the statement, it was indicated that the thickness of the snow in the high regions can reach up to 60 centimeters.

In the statement made by the Civil Defense units, a call was made to citizens, especially in the North Attiki Region, not to go out into traffic except in mandatory situations.

It was made mandatory to have chains for those who watched the traffic.
