US appoints new adviser for Azerbaijan-Armenia talks
In a written statement, US Secretary of State Blinken said: “I am appointing Senior Professional Foreign Officer Louis L. Bono as Senior Advisor for the Caucasus Negotiations. In this capacity, Mr. Bono will work with regional leaders to advance the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan and address Russia’s ongoing occupation of the sovereign territory of Georgia.” he used his statements.
Stating that Bono held various positions at the International Atomic Energy Agency and the United Nations offices in Vienna and served as a temporary Deputy Chargé d’Affaires at the Vatican, Blinken asserted that these experiences would contribute significantly to the Caucasus negotiations.

“The United States is determined to help Armenia and Azerbaijan negotiate a comprehensive peace agreement, including a long-term political solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
