In a written statement by the Ukrainian State Emergency Service, it was claimed that Russian forces carried out a missile attack on Dnipro.

The statement said 73 people were injured in the missile attack and search and rescue efforts are continuing in the area of the wreckage.
It was shared that 14 of the injured civilians were children.
ZELENSKY’S REACTION
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to the attack by Russian forces in Dnipro on the night of January 14.
Zelenskiy, who claimed that a 9-story residence was destroyed as a result of the attack, described the missile attack as a terrorist attack.
Calling on partner countries to support Ukraine with arms, Zelenskiy said stopping Russian attacks is possible only by fighting on the front lines.
Zelenskiy noted that more than 20 of the nearly 30 missiles launched by Russian forces on January 14 were destroyed by Ukraine’s air defense forces.
The mayor of kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, Vitaliy Klichko, reported that explosions were heard in the morning hours of January 14 in the Dnipro district of the city.
Noting that missile fragments also landed in kyiv’s Holosiiv district, Klichko stated that there was no loss of life in this district.
Power outages occurred especially in the Kharkiv and Kyiv regions, as power infrastructures were damaged in Russian missile strikes in various parts of the country. (AA)
