German Chancellor Scholz delivered a speech at the event where the Berlin State Organization of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) launched the campaign to defeat the Berlin State Assembly elections on February 12.

Stating that his country supports Ukraine not only by providing material and humanitarian aid, but also by providing weapons, Scholz said that Germany is the most important country supplying weapons to Ukraine, along with the United Kingdom, after the United States.

Germany will always stand by her friends and allies, and especially our transatlantic partner, the United States. Prime Minister Scholz said that Berlin State Chancellor Fransizka Giffey, who was nominated again in the Berlin State Assembly elections, did a good job and believed that the SPD would win the elections again.
