Greek commander poses on occupied island

The Greek Chief of Staff Konstantinos Floros continues his incitement visit in the Mediterranean and Aegean. Floros went to the island of Keçi, which is located in Turkish territorial waters, according to international agreements. Floros supervised the Greek troops on the island, where the settlement and deployment of troops were prohibited.

Konstantinos Floros supervised the military unit on the island of Keçi and received information from the officials about the situation in the region.

The Greek Chief of the General Staff also used the phrase “We are on alert and ready” on his social media account. Located about 8 kilometers off the coast of Bodrum Akyarlar, the island has been under Greek occupation since 2004. Greece even has an artillery unit on the island, which should be unarmed.

The Greek Chief of Staff shared the photo on his social media account, with the Bodrum coastline in the background.

SECOND DAY OF DRIVING

The day before, Floros had inspected the military units on the islands of Kerpe, Meis and Karada, which were required to be unarmed under the 1947 Paris Agreement. The Greek commander also headed for Greater Gavda Island, which is located in the south of Crete and is covered by “the island, islet and rocks (EGAYDAAK) the sovereignty of which was not transferred to Greece by treaty”.
