Putin’s Impressive Health Claim: Apply Western Treatments

While there have been different statements about the state of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s health recently, Russian political scientist and historian Valeri Solovey made some statements. Solovey claimed that Putin’s state of health was poor.

Expressing that 2023 may be the last year Putin will remain in office, Solovey said: “Putin is clinging to life with Western cancer drugs and treatments to continue the war. But no drug will be successful forever,” he said.

Although the Russian expert said that Putin was treated for cancer, “Putin uses the most advanced treatment methods, Russia cannot provide these treatment methods. These treatment methods have been very successful.” Solovey claimed that he also determined the names to replace Putin.

One of the people Putin plans to pick as his successor, Solovey says, is 45-year-old Dmitry Patrushev, who serves as agriculture minister. It was noted that Dmitry Patrushev, the son of Nikolai Patrushev, the former head of the Russian intelligence unit FSB and also known for his anti-Westernism, is not well known to the public.

Solovey, a former professor at the Institute of International Relations, one of Moscow’s respected institutions, said another candidate is Alexei Dyumin, 50. Dyumin, Putin’s former bodyguard, later took over as deputy defense minister. Dyumin continues to serve as the governor of the Tula region.
