Outrageous statement by the US commander who supports the terrorist organization in Syria
The US, which supports the Syrian Democratic Forces, whose backbone is the PKK/YPG terror organization, has made new statements against Turkey’s preparations to launch an air and ground operation in northern Syria.
US Central Forces (CENTCOM) Commander Michael Erik Kurilla argued that Turkey’s operation in Syria should be avoided, saying, “Everything to reduce tension here and prevent the Turks from coming in is very important.” “I am very concerned that this could lead to instability in the region and the loss of control of ISIS prisons by our partners in Syria,” said Kurilla, the highest ranking US name in the Middle East. “There are about 28 prisons in northern Syria,” he said.
Speaking at the press conference, Kurilla also said that a large number of ISIS militants have recently escaped from prisons in Syria. Kurilla is among the US commanders who meet with members of terrorist organizations most frequently in Syria.

US officials have been making statements against Turkey’s operations in Syria for a long time. The US military resumed joint patrols with the Syrian Democratic Forces, whose backbone is the PKK/YPG terror organization, earlier this month and carried out a joint operation.
Turkey launched an air operation to northern Syria and Iraq after the terrorist attack on Taksim Istiklal street, the heart of Istanbul, on November 13, in which 6 people lost their lives. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan also signaled a ground operation.
In addition to the US, Russia, which supports Bashar Assad’s administration in Syria, has also spoken out against such a ground operation.
