Russia-Ukraine war: “Putin’s escape plan is ready” statement
While Russia’s occupation of Ukraine, which began on February 24, continued to draw international public reaction, one notable claim came from Israel. The source of the accusation came from Abbas Gallyamov, who resides in Israel and wrote Russian President Vladimir Putin’s speeches for a time.
Gallyamov, who served on Putin’s central staff from 2008 to 2010 but later continued his career as a political pundit, suggested Putin’s escape plan was in place should Russia lose the war. Gallyamov, who worked closely with Putin for a time, claimed Putin’s senior staff were putting the finishing touches on an escape plan codenamed “Noah’s Ark.”
THREE COUNTRIES ARE ON THE AGENDA BUT…
While Putin’s flight to Argentina, Venezuela or China is claimed to be on the agenda in the event of a possible defeat, Gallyamov, listing his Telegram claims, said: “This information comes from a reliable source. Normally I would not share information from inside the Kremlin, but today I will make an exception.”
Explaining the plan called Noah’s Ark, Gallyamov said: “As the name of the project suggests, its goal is to find a new settlement if the country is not habitable. “Putin’s staff do not ignore situations like the loss of the war, the loss of power and make plans in case he needs to leave the country as soon as possible,” he said.
MAY PREFER VENEZUELA TO CHINA
Noting that Mikhail Kovalchuk, who manages Russia’s nuclear research center, raised the proposal to flee to China, but this was not well received, Gallyamov said it was concluded that Argentina and Venezuela could be reliable grounds.
It is claimed that the Russian oligarch Igor Sechin has established close relations with the Venezuelan leader Maduro, and in this way, in the event of a possible flight plan to Venezuela, Sechin will manage this process.
