Biden’s ‘sexless’ right-hand man accused of robbery
The shocking statement about Sam Brinton, one of the non-binary officials of the US Administration, generated a debate in the country.
Brinton, who works as Assistant Secretary for Used Fuel and Waste Management in the US Department of Energy’s Office of Nuclear Energy, turns heads with her style that covers both men and women. Known as US President Joe Biden’s “sexless nuclear guru”, Brinton is also noted as an inspiration for the LGBT movement in the United States.
The accusation against Sam Brinton, known for his interesting style in which he combines men’s and women’s clothing and accessories, became an agenda in the country. A US official allegedly stole another person’s suitcase while he was on his way to an LGBTQ conference in September.
Street in Minneapolis Videos were also released of Brinton entering the hotel with his suitcase, accused of stealing a luxury bag containing $2,325 worth of luggage at the St. Paul airport on September 16.
It turned out that Brinton had unpacked his clothes and began to use the suitcase.
Brinton, who gave a statement to police about the report, denied the theft allegation, saying he accidentally took the suitcase due to exhaustion.
However, it came to attention that Brinton continued to use the suitcase, which he said “accidentally”, for a month after the incident. The nuclear officer returned to Washington with the suitcase a few days after the incident. It is also said that the US official did not have a checked bag on the flight and knowingly took the $300 bag. The woman who is the original owner of the bag is also said to have petitioned Brinton to return the bag to her, but could not receive the suitcase.
Brinton, who was temporarily suspended from duty due to the incident, will appear in court on December 19 on theft charges.
The scandal also sparked backlash from opposition figures to the Biden administration. Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert shared a photo of Brinton in a woman’s suit, saying, “This man Biden hired is a crook.”
Some Republicans claimed that Brinton, whom they called “crazy,” knew about America’s nuclear secrets.
