According to Russian correspondent Joost Bosman, the list comes from the FSB intelligence service and contains 60 points of information that should not be shared with foreign sources. According to Bosman, this concerns information, among other things, on the current situation, on Russia’s civil territorial protection, on the transport of weapons and on the morale of the army.

Russians who violate any of these 60 points must report to the judicial authorities monthly and provide access to income (foreign agents are paid from abroad). Repeat offenders can face a prison sentence.
