World Cup hosts announced

It was announced that many important decisions regarding the 2030 World Cup finals were made at today’s FIFA Council meeting.

Announcing that the 2030 World Cup will take place in 6 different countries and 3 different continents, FIFA announced that Morocco, Spain and Portugal will host the tournament. It was reported that on the 100th anniversary of the tournament, a match will be played in Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay.

“Taking into account the historical context of the first FIFA World Cup, the FIFA Council unanimously agreed to organize a unique centenary celebration ceremony in Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay, where the first FIFA World Cup was held. in 2030,” the statement says.

On the other hand, the 6 countries that will host the organization will participate directly in the World Cup without playing qualifying matches. (AA/DHA)
