The 2023-24 UEFA Champions League season will begin with group stage matches taking place tomorrow.
In the UEFA Champions League, where the final match of this season will be held at Wembley Stadium in London, the capital of England, a total of 32 teams divided into 8 groups will compete to be among the last 16 teams.
The tournament, which will be held for the last time in the current format, will move to the “Swiss model” starting next year. The number of teams will increase from 32 to 36 and 189 games will be played in total instead of 125.

The teams that finish their groups in 3rd place will continue in the UEFA Europa League. In the Champions League, teams will attempt to advance to the final by winning matches that will be played using the two-leg elimination method starting from the last 16 rounds.
