Gabri Veiga rejects Napoli and signs with Al-Ahli

Just a few days ago, Gabri Veiga was one step away from Napoli. The Spanish midfielder was close to being transferred to Rudi García’s team. But in the end, Al-Ahli was decisive and the Saudi attack took the player from Aurelio De Laurentiis.

Al-Ahli officially announced the transfer of Gabri Veiga. He did it with a special promotional video that shows images of some European cities followed by the Spanish midfielder appearing in the shirt of his new club.

The player, born in 2002, who left Celta de Vigo and will earn approximately 12.5 million euros a year until 2027, appears to be one of the most important talents that Spanish football has grown in recent times.
