Salah madness in Arabia! Irrational offer…

Could Mohamed Salah be transferred to Saudi Arabia?

Al Ittihad, one of the Saudi Pro League teams, has revived its interest in Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah. It is unclear at the moment if a deal will be reached for Salah, Liverpool have stated that the 31-year-old is not for sale.

Salah’s manager denied reports that the Egyptian player would be transferred to the Saudi Arabian club in early August.

Salah’s manager, Ramy Abbas, wrote on August 7 following the speculation: “If we had thought of leaving Liverpool this year, we would not have renewed the contract last summer. Mohamed remains committed to Liverpool.”

HE CAN WIN A LOT FROM RONALDO AND BENZEMA

Salah signed a new three-year contract last summer, making him the highest-paid player in the club’s history, at around £350,000 a week.

According to the BeIN Sports claim; The Egyptian player was convinced to participate in the trip to the Middle East and shook hands with Al-Ittihad. Sports Zone wrote that this three-year deal is worth £191m per season. That’s almost £3.7m a week tax-free, more than Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema earn.

FROM LIVERPOOL TO ARABIA…

Liverpool lost two of their veteran players to Saudi Arabia this summer. Former captain Jordan Henderson transferred to Al Ittifaq for £12 million ($15.2 million), while Fabinho transferred to Al Ittihad for £40 million.

Al Ittihad have also signed Karim Benzema and N’Golo Kante so far this summer.
