Ferrari rolled up its sleeves for Lewis Hamilton! The offer to change the date…
Ferrari will offer Lewis Hamilton, who wants his dream chance to win his eighth world championship, to accomplish this feat in its famous red cars.
The Italian outfit are ready to empty their coffers to sign the British superstar on a £40m deal, offering the chance to break Michael Schumacher’s record, Mail Sport reports.
This shocking news shatters the myth that the British driver, whose contract with Mercedes expires this year, will never give up his determined intentions of where he wants to end his career.
But Mercedes still has a place in the 38-year-old’s mind and he may decide to stay there.

LECLERC-HAMILTON ASSOCIATION
Several credible sources in the UK and Italy have confirmed that Ferrari management is seriously considering the scenario involving the two Hamiltons.
The first and preferred plan is for the veteran to partner with current number one Charles Leclerc starting next season. This decision means sending Carlos Sainz to another team and Ferrari is preparing accordingly.
LECLERC CAN BE REVIEWED
The second option is to sacrifice Leclerc to sign for Hamilton. This means an exchange. In this scenario, Hamilton will race with Spaniard Sainz at Ferrari, while Leclerc will partner George Russell at Mercedes.

According to Mail Sport, the money factor is not a factor in Hamilton’s determination. Because Mercedes and Ferrari are known to be willing to provide him with similarly huge amounts, his current salary of around £40m or more. Drivers, like senior team managers, fall outside of the budget constraint.
WARM FAMILY TO FERRARI
The Hamilton family has long had a wish to see Lewis race for Ferrari one day. His father, Anthony, shared this dream with his son shortly after Lewis’ memorable debut in 2007.
AYRTON SENNA FACTOR
Another factor that could affect Hamilton is the fact that his hero Ayrton Senna died at Imola the previous year when he was scheduled to race Ferrari in 1995.
The truth is that Hamilton’s future direction is likely to come down to a simple equation. The 38-year-old British driver is at the end of his career and needs to drive the car that can take him to his eighth world title in the coming seasons.

MONACO EXAM FOR MERCEDES
A deciding factor may be the success or failure of updates, such as a new floor, front suspension and side parts to address Mercedes’ loss to Red Bull at this weekend’s Monaco Grand Prix.
If the modifications prove to be a huge success, it could change Hamilton’s view of Mercedes.
However, if the upgrade backfires, the glitch could hasten his estrangement from the Brackley-based team, which has sent key personnel in recent years.

HAMILTON’S EARLIER PREFERENCES
History shows that Hamilton had no qualms about making a tough and bold decision when opportunity knocked. He proved it by leaving his coach, McLaren, and moving to Mercedes in 2013, initiating the most successful team-driver collaboration in Formula 1 racing history.
