Cristiano Ronaldo pushes the coach who wanted to take a selfie
Cristiano Ronaldo was seen shoving an opposing coach as he left the pitch after Al-Nassr’s 1-1 draw with Al-Khaleej last night.
Under threat of relegation, Al Khaleej took the lead through Fabio Martins’ goal after four minutes. Former Marseille and Villarreal defender Álvaro González equalized the score for Al-Nassr, scoring in the 17th minute.
In the match where Ronaldo’s only goal was disallowed, Al Nassr failed to find victory against their weaker opponent, causing them to drop five points against leaders Al-Ittihad. This result greatly dashed Al-Nassr’s championship hopes.
As Ronaldo was leaving the field, visibly angry after the match, a member of the opposing team’s coaching staff approached him and asked for a photo.
Ronaldo, 38, refused the bizarre request, nudging the hopeful employee. Ronaldo has scored 12 goals in 13 league games so far.
Some reports state that his partner Georgina Rodríguez wanted to leave the Kingdom after only six months, wanting to return to Madrid.
