Benzema’s shock response: How dare you!

Karim Benzema’s clown’s response to Didier Deschamps: How dare you!

By losing the 2022 World Cup in Qatar to Argentina in the final, France was deprived of the joy of experiencing back-to-back World Cup victories, while Karim Benzema’s absence from the team was much discussed. Although Deschamps made statements on the subject in his last interview, Karim Benzema’s response shook the agenda.

“Karim was injured and this World Cup meant a lot to him,” Deschamps told Le Parisien. He told me it’s over. Our doctor’s diagnosis was the same as in Madrid. In the best of cases, he would not be able to return to training before December 10. As I left him in our last conversation, ‘Karim, there’s no need to rush. I told him: ‘You can arrange his return with the team manager.’ When I woke up, I found that he had left the camp. It was his decision. He doesn’t say otherwise. I understand and respect him.” he used his statements.

“HOW DARE YOU”

After these words from the coach of the French National Team, Deschamps, Benzema, 35, who shared a post on his social media account, placed a clown emoji writing “How dare you.” Subsequently, the experienced striker who shared the most “Holy Didier! He made a publication criticizing the words of the French coach with the message “Good evening”.

This response from Benzema was interpreted as a denial of Deschamps’s words, and reinforced claims that the striker could return to the team before the tournament ended, but that Deschamps was not wanted in the squad.

On the other hand, Deschamps also confirmed the news that Benzema was ending his career in the national team, saying: “When I spoke to him at the beginning of January, he had not made his final decision. Now it’s different and I have to respect that.”

It was a matter of curiosity to know if there will be a farewell ceremony for Benzema, one of the most important players in the history of France, before the game against the Netherlands. Organizations were made for names like Hugo Lloris, Steve Mandanda and Raphael Varane, who left before the selection.
