The Manchester derby is back!

United win the Manchester derby

Manchester United faced Manchester City on matchday 20 of the English Premier League. The ‘red’ team from the city won the derby at Old Trafford: 2-1.

Going into the Manchester derby on a 4-match winning streak, United fell back 1-0 on Jack Grealish’s 60th-minute goal. Manchester City, Arsenal’s closest supporters, fell behind on goals from Bruno Fernandes in ’78 and Rashford in ’82.

With the score not changing in the remaining minutes of the derby, he came and toppled champions Manchester City in front of the Manchester United fans.

With this result, Manchester City took second place with 39 points, while Manchester United ended the week in third place with 38 points.

Manchester United will face Crystal Palace in their next match. Manchester City will host Tottenham.
