The Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced the Services Producer Price Index (H-PPI) for September 2023.

THE GREATEST INCREASE IS FOUND IN ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD SERVICES
Compared to the same month of the previous year, 62.65 percent in transportation and storage services, 97.96 percent in accommodation and food services, 85.32 percent in information and communications services, 71, 10 percent in real estate services, 97 percent in professional, scientific and technical services. , There was an increase of 48 percent and 99.22 percent in administrative and support services.
Compared to the previous month, there was a 2.25 percent increase in transportation and storage services, a 0.95 percent decrease in accommodation and food services, a 5.41 percent increase in information and communications services, a decrease of 0.37 percent in real estate services and 0.37 percent. decrease of 1.72 percent in professional, scientific and technical services, there was an increase of 6.29 percent and a decrease of 1.72 percent in administrative and support services.
THE MINIMUM INCREASE OF THE INDICES IS DOUBLE DIGIT
Among the H-PPI sectors, water transportation services, air transportation services, 37.94 percent, warehousing and support services (for transportation) were the subsectors where the indices increased the least, with 13.78 percent.
On the other hand, film, video and television program production services, sound recording and music editing with 143.85 percent, construction and landscaping services with 129.99 percent, office administration, support office and other business support services with 107.79 percent. -sectors where the indices increased the most.
Among the H-PPI sectors, accommodation services with 9.36 percent, travel agencies, tour operators, other reservation services and related services with 7.39 percent and air transportation services with 5. 48 percent were the subsectors where the indices showed the greatest decrease.
For their part, the subsectors where the indices increased the most were programming and editing services with 60.79 percent, film, video and television program production services, sound recording and music editing with 32. 72 percent, and advertising and market research services with 16.09 percent.
