The total turnover of the sectors increased by 69 percent in August

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced the turnover rates for August 2023.

Consequently, the billing index in the entire industry, construction, commerce and services sectors increased by 69 percent annually in August 2023.

When looking at the details of the total billing; In August 2023, the annual turnover index of the industrial sector increased by 55.5 percent, the construction turnover index increased by 106.3 percent, the commercial turnover index increased by 75.8 percent, and the Service billing rate increased by 65.4 percent.

MONTHLY CHANGE

The billing index in the entire industry, construction, commerce and services sectors increased by 2.3 percent monthly in August 2023.

When looking at the details of the total billing; In August 2023, the monthly turnover index of the industrial sector increased by 2 percent, the construction turnover index increased by 2.6 percent, the commercial turnover index increased by 1.9 percent, and the Service billing increased by 4.6 percent.
