After the Cabinet meeting, President Erdoğan made remarks regarding the Republic Day retirement bonus, expected by millions of retirees. This year, on the occasion of the centenary of the Republic, the third bonus payment will be made. Not all retirees will benefit from the Republic Day retirement bonus, which was announced to be given only once.

WHO WILL GIVE THE REPUBLIC DAY RETIREMENT BONUS?

After the cabinet meeting, Erdoğan announced who will receive the retirement bonuses. Erdoğan announced that no retirement bonuses will be given to retirees who continue to work.

“We exclude from this regulation our retirees who have retired but continue to actively work. These payments will be deposited into the accounts of our retirees starting in the first half of November. At the beginning of the year we will review the situation of our retirees and make all possible sacrifices. “I hope this decision will be beneficial.”
