The increase in civil servant salaries and pensions will be the sum of the increase in collective bargaining and the inflation difference. In the 2023 collective agreement, the increase rate granted to civil servants and retirees was set at 10 + 6 percent. Thus, it has already been confirmed that the increase in civil servants’ salaries and pensions will be at least 36 percent.

The increase for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees has been concluded. There will be at least a 25 percent increase in the salaries of all SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees.
