If 3 fines are received for the same violation in a year, marketers are sentenced to not open stalls for 3 weeks. During inspections, police teams examine the lack of labels, non-compliance with stall limits, disturbing sales, fractional prices and lack of grammage on the scales and in the product sold. This year, 19 merchants in the district were fined for disruptive selling.
