Republic Day bonus will be given, how much?

Pensioners are expected to receive a one-time bonus for Republic Day on the occasion of the centenary of the Republic, similar to the bonus paid during Eid al-Adha and the Ramadan Festival. In this context, it is stated that experts from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance are making preparations for the regulation.

WILL THE REPUBLIC DAY BONUS BE GIVEN?

The claim that a bonus will be given for Republic Day is yet to be confirmed by government representatives, but it is claimed that it will be given to pensioners on the occasion of the centenary of the Republic.

While studies continue on the amount of the single bonus, it is said that the figure of 5,000 lira was the first to be on the table.

Additional increases for retirees are expected to be on the agenda after the opening of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) on October 1 and will be announced to the public before Republic Day on October 29.
