Officials over 35 years of age who participated in the survey claimed 78.5 percent of the rental assistance, while this rate rose to 84 percent under 35 years of age.
Furthermore, while the demand for childcare assistance was 11% for civil servants over 35 years of age, this rate was approximately 22% for young civil servants.
It was observed that 62 percent of the civil servants under 35 years of age who participated in the survey were single and 19 percent of the civil servants over 35 years of age were single.
While only 17.6 percent of single civil servants lived in their own home, this rate rose to 50 percent among married civil servants.

In the survey, which found that about 94 percent of single civil servants thought they couldn’t get married without financial assistance, single civil servants thought marriage, birth and death benefits should be increased by about 50 percent in the first place. In the survey, the demand to increase maternity leave to 32 weeks among young civil servants was also supported by 24 percent.
